A Year Defined by Continuity
2025 was not about spectacle. Instead, It was about continuity, measured progress, and work moving steadily from concept to reality. Across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, the year unfolded through clear stages: drawings becoming sites, sites becoming structures, and ideas refining into systems. As the year progressed, each milestone built upon the last, reinforcing a practice shaped by process rather than acceleration. What emerged was not a single defining project. Rather, a network of developments that strengthened how we work, how we plan, and how we deliver.
Projects Taking Shape
Several projects moved decisively through their design stages this year, thereby marking important benchmarks in their development.
IW, KG, and HF progressed through structured architectural phases, from early spatial studies to refined layouts and material strategies. In doing so, these projects became exercises in clarity, testing proportion, circulation, and program alignment across different scales and contexts. At each phase, a disciplined approach to sequencing guided decisions, anchoring them in function and site logic rather than surface expression.

In Parallel, the EB Elias project continued its steady advancement. Meanwhile, active construction on site brought architectural intent into physical form. In doing so, drawings translated into structure, rhythm, and material presence. Consistency has defined progress here, with careful coordination between design, execution, and on-site realities.
As a result, these projects did more than advance individually. They sharpened internal workflows, strengthened coordination with consultants, and reinforced the importance of controlled timelines.
A Physical Milestone for the Practice
One of the most significant moments of 2025 was the remodeling of the Atelier Roy Chaaya’s office.

More than a workspace, the atelier became a physical expression of how we operate: precise, calm, and structured around process. Through this transformation, the studio shifted from a practice in motion to one anchored by a dedicated environment for design development, client collaboration, and internal growth. The office allowed for clearer project management, deeper material research, and a stronger collective rhythm within the team. Ultimately, it became a place where ideas could be tested, challenged, and refined without urgency, reinforcing the value of time in architectural work.

Building While Planning Ahead
While several projects advanced on site, 2025 was equally defined by early-phase planning.

Throughout the year, the team initiated new residential and architectural initiatives, guiding them into conceptual and schematic stages with launches planned for 2026. At this stage, these projects focused on strategic groundwork: site studies, zoning analysis, program definition, and system planning. From the outset, early decisions were approached deliberately, setting strong foundations rather than rushing toward form. As a result, this approach created space for testing modular strategies, construction sequencing, and long-term adaptability. This also ensured that upcoming projects align with both architectural ambition and buildability. The overlap between construction and planning became one of the year’s defining dynamics, reinforcing continuity across timelines.
Refining Systems and Process

Beyond individual projects, 2025 contributed to the refinement of internal systems. Each commission became an opportunity to improve coordination, clarify deliverables, and strengthen design-to-execution workflows. Over time, lessons learned on active sites informed planning on future ones. Over time, feedback loops tightened. As a result, timelines became clearer. In turn, decisions became more intentional.
In this way, the year reinforced a core belief: architectural progress is cumulative. It takes shape not only through what is delivered, but also through how the work unfolds.
Momentum Carrying Forward
As the year closes, the work of 2025 remains in motion. Projects initiated this year continue on site or move towards their launch in early 2026, with design studies transitioning into construction documents and concepts approaching physical presence. For this reason, what follows is not a reset, but a continuation shaped by architectural responsibility, controlled growth, and long-term thinking. The momentum of 2025 extends forward through systems already in place, maintaining a focus on architecture shaped by life, guided by process, and delivered with precision.
Follow the work as it unfolds; upcoming projects, developments, and unveilings will define what comes next.
